Pre-Construction Management Services
This phase comprises the activities performed before the commencement of a project. The pre-construction management services ensure every aspect of the project is thoughtfully planned out, including anticipating unexpected issues. The Company understands each client’s needs, challenges, and preferences and utilize its wide-ranging experiences to develop a tailored construction plan. The Subsidiary collaborates with subcontractors for engineering design, procurement, and construction to ensure coordination of project activities. Ultimately, the subsidiary’s pre-construction management services aim to provide clients effective management of the project’s schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, and function. The Subsidiary’s pre-construction management services span into conceptual and detailed estimating, budget development, project scheduling, procurement plan, logistics evaluation, and constructability review.
Project Development and Construction Management
The construction activities begin in this phase. With the Subsidiary’s project and construction management, the workflow and the responsibilities of various teams are communicated for the seamless execution of the project. This includes on-site construction supervision, existing conditions investigations, cost control, procurement schedule, quality control, project status reporting, financial status reports and cash flow projections.
Project Delivery, Completion, and Post-Construction Management
The Subsidiary formalizes client acceptance of the final product and gather project records and contracts between project stakeholders following the completion of the project.
